Do gynos care about what it looks like down there?

If you saw my last post, I was talking about how I have my first appointment with a gynecologist on Aug. 7th. I was wondering if the gyno really cares about what your V looks like in general, or your hair down there? Personally, I shave it, but I'm kinda weirded out by someone seeing all of that down there. Do they care about, missed spots for say? Or anything similar to that?

They are doctors. Every vagina is different. There's no such thing as a gross vagina. They've seen thousands of variations. And they really don't care if you shave or not. It doesn't make a difference. they aren't interested in how aesthetically pleasing your genitals are, they are there to examine you to make sure everything is as it should be.

Dated a gyno for a long time. They don't even care because they're thinking medically. Plus a busy clinic will have about 40+ patients per day. Trust me the only time they care is when you smell terribly other than that they honestly do not pay attention to whether you're trimmed or not etc.

Honestly, your genitals are probably not the worst they've seen. If you're worried about how you may look or smell, try not to be. I usually shower before my appointments, just to be considerate. But there's no reason to be ashamed or nervous, it's their job to care for you. If you're still nervous going in, just say so to the doctor. They may have tips for you.

No they don't Hun as they ate professionals and see all shapes etc everyday don't worry I was like u first time I went now I'm like hi lie dwn n let her get on with it we even end up avin a gd chat in the process lol x

They care more about shaved legs and good hygiene (I asked mine).

I don't think they care what it looks like, I asked my previous gyno and she said the worst for her was women who have sex right before going to the apt and are still sticky/leaky down there. After hearing that I never worried about how shaved I was again, I'm not the worst she'll see.

You probably couldn't even imagine some of the vaginas those doctors have seen and worked with haha I think hair is the least of their worries
