Second opinion?

Would you guys suggest getting a second opinion on infertility? I have been seeing my doctor for the past 4 months. My blood work came back normal and we tried three iui's which all failed. I used Clomid and trigger shot with the iui. My doctor has suggested IVF because since the iui's failed and he doesn't have a reason for why we aren't conceiving. I do have a partially blocked tube which was discovered during my HSG test which could be part of the reason. I feel like I don't have a reason for a second opinion since I've gotten tests and there's nothing showing up and I like my doctor. But some people suggested to get another insight from a different doctor before fully considering IVF. We can't afford IVF right now anyways. What do you think?
