Baby name spelling

Ok so im going back and forth how to spell my babies name. We're naming her after one of our favorite cities in Italy- which is Siena. Hubby thinks if we're naming it after the city we should spell it the way the city is spelled- one "N". I'm not sure if it looks wierd or not. Opinions please! Thanks :)
