Does your mind play pregnancy tricks on you ?!

So last night I had a dream I had a baby girl. And it wasn’t planned but we did have sex during my fertile window. But now all of a sudden I feel like I’m pregnant . Or like I can feel the baby being conceived . I felt all different types of twinges on my lower abdomen . I kept having to poop a lot today at work & I didn’t actually eat much today except a sandwich. I’m in a really good mood. Lol and I kept forgetting things. I kept missing the turns while driving like 3 times today . Physical symptoms included craving a cold cut sandwich, my teeth were super sensitive, I felt like I wanted to make myself throw up . Twinges in my right abdomen, extremely bloated , I also couldn’t take the heat. I’m a bartender and I’m use to working on the rooftop over the summer but today I couldn’t . I had my boss move me
