Do you get overly insecure and jealous sometimes in your marriage?

Am I the only woman that (on the inside) goes crazy!? 😂
How do you ladies get over being so jealous and insecure sometimes? 
I’ve been married for 3 months and I swear I still have the craziest thoughts for no reason.
In past relationships, I was constantly cheated on so maybe that has something to do with it. But I’m married now so WHY AM I BEING PSYCHO
Poor guy.. haha. He has no idea how crazy my mind is about this though!

I have learned to examine my thoughts — it’s okay to have them. It’s natural to have that “what the fuck” thought that comes with jealousy and insecurity. You just have to step back and look at it objectively — 1. Is your significant other actually doing something inappropriate? 2. Are any boundaries being crossed? 3. Has he/she not respected those boundaries? 
Honestly, once you break the situation down, things just become less and less extreme. You also become more secure in yourself when you can do that. 
Sure, I get that, “Ew, who the fuck is that?” if someone flirts with my wife. But then I realize, she isn’t flirting back and my wife is hot, and that is all mine. Flirt away because she is coming home with me. She can’t control other people and neither can I. We can only control ourselves.

Yes, sometimes playing scenarios and me getting myself upset and then I’m trying to snap myself out of a mood I put myself in 🤦🏻‍♀️ so my boyfriend doesnt look at me and ask what’s wrong. I’ve been doing it too much lately 😒
