Producing

11 days PP only pumping about 1oz-2oz is this normal? Also my LO seems to have to latch for about an hour to get full off of my right breast. My left is the one I pump with because I have an inverted nipple. He sometimes latches on the left but it's not for long. He gets fussy and stops I assume its because it takes to much to stay latched. If I don't start producing more I'm gonna switch to formula but I don't want to lose my bond. Does anyone have advice on how to get my production up. I drink lactation tea but it doesn't seem to help much. Help please!
