Crying for no reason!

Whew. What a day!!! I have no idea why but I was extremely irritated after work (nothing out of the ordinary happened). By the time DH got home I was a mess. I began crying (and laughing) uncontrollably for now reason at all. DH was wonderful and understanding thankfully, but I could not get a grip! I have no idea what that was about but i literally felt crazy! Haha please tell me I'm not alone!! 5w4d today
