Frustrated

I need help. For the month of August I haven’t taken the pill and me and my partner have been having sex very frequently and he leaves his little kiddies swimming in me when we’re done. I’ve been feeling signs of pregnancy such tender nipples, cramps and nausea way before my period is expected. So I decided to take a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came back negative but I’m still feeling weird so I took one just now and it’s negative? Have any of you guys experienced this? I need help
