Confused about peak day
Okay, I have read that you ovulate within 12 to 36 hours of your first Peak Day on an opk. However, I have also read that you don't ovulate until the LH surge starts to fade on your opk.
My question is, if you ovulate within 12 to 36 hours of your first Peak, is it possible to ovulate before the opk begins to fade? I'm just trying to correlate my ovulation pains with my opk's. Things aren't adding up.
