Ovulation?

Very complicated and long story but basically I have PCOS and my OB told me to take BC to try and reset my body. Well that didn’t work out as I only took it for 28 days before I lost vision in my right eye. Anyways so I got off of it, and took ovulation tests just to see what would happen. I use the clear blue digital, however I always look at the lines on the test. They were continuing to get darker until the day I got this result. Does it look positive to you??? The digital was a blinking smiley, and the next time I took a test was over 24 hours later. Any chance I ovulated and missed my “peak”? I had two days of light light brown/pink spotting (2 and 3 DPO), and my husband and I have been BD since that night that I got the test with this picture. If I ovulated I would be 3 or 4 DPO today.

I am praying so hard that this is it and that maybe just maybe I ovulated. I did have slight cramping on the day I might have ovulated as well as cramping today way way low. Idk what to think. Help!
