Negative blood test

Today I went to the doctors and I got a negative blood test . Yesterday I got couple positive dollar tree tests and was so happy and thought I was pregnant . This morning I took another dollar tree test and it was negative . So that’s why I went to the doctor to get blood work done. Results came back negative. Came home and took one more dollar tree test because I was very very upset and thought I still must be pregnant even with negative blood test. Sure enough a line came up on the test .. I would say with the negative blood test I’m not pregnant but why am I getting so many positive dollar tree tests ?? I also am getting negatives on first response tests . My period was supposed to start today and it hasn’t as well. Down below is some of the tests I took yesterday and one of them is from today. I’m very worried and upset 😔🙏🏼 and don’t know how to feel
