No judgment please

I had chlamydia for 2-2 1/2 years and didn't know it. Dr's say my tubes could be blocked or full of scar tissue. Which may be fixable with surgery. I have been ttc for 3 years now and nothing. My question is, has anyone ever been in this situation and been able to conceive with out surgery
