Kegels!! Let’s talk about them!

I know that kegels are super important for vaginal delivery, so I’ve been focusing on them more. I want to know other peoples opinions and experiences with them. So, before now, I was not a “kegeler” and now I’ve been trying to do 3 or 4 10 second holds every time I pee. People with experience, is that enough to do anything for me? I’m 33 weeks, and obviously I pee a lot. So give it to me straight! Thanks! 😉
