Postpartum problems help!!

Alex

I'm 5 weeks postpartum, 20 years old 5'7 and back to pre pregnancy original weight of 129 pounds. I've had difficulty's breathing since labor. I got up from having the baby and instantly had trouble breathing and I've had trouble since. They made me walk from he delivery room to my "rest room" I guess you would call it. And I thought I was having difficulty because I just had a baby... But I guess I was wrong. Ive never heard on anyone else having these issues. Ive went to the ER 1 week postpartum for this reason of difficulty breathing and I had blood pressure or 160/106 which is really bad but it's not preeclampsia. They put me on blood pressure medication and blood pressure finally subsided after 3 weeks but the breathing problems haven't. And yes they did and ekg and cat scan. No blood clots in lungs just arrythmia and tachycardia. Some days when I wake up, I'm extremely sweaty and can barely walk to the bathroom without being out of breath. I feel so useless. I can't stand and do dishes, I can't walk down the steps to do laundry. For get about trying to climb back up. I use to go to the gym every day and now I feel like I can't move. I feel like Im not enough for my baby and my anxiety has gotten the best if me. Someone please help.
