My baby spitting up badly 😫

Hi everybody my baby is 25 days old today. He was a champ in feeding never failed since day 1 no problem in burping, digestion, pooping everything was super goodd. But since 3 days he cant burp properly spitting up after every feed sometimes in large amount sometimes not and right after spitting hiccups starts he is also pooping once in a day or and a little watery. Is anything wrong with my baby? And no signs of discomfort while hiccuping or spitting up he plays while doing it. Do you think he needs to be checked by doctor? Please suggest me some good advice
