Tips for weight loss?
So I just started my mission to lose weight. I’ve been walking this week and started jogging! I weight 265 lbs. I feel so good this week, like my body is more energized. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for the past two years, but I have a penny size fibroid. Doctor has told me I have anemia due to my heavy flow. Well this week I have now spotted since I started exercising and drinking more water. So I want tips on how to properly lose weight? Since I am barely starting. My husband and I want our bundle of joy❤️.
