Need help, is there a line?!

Been TTC for almost 3 years, trying not to get my hopes up, this is the first time I've ever seen a possible positive hpt
Was in ER 2 nights ago for what they diagnosed as vertigo, their urine and blood tests were negative
So confused, I'm 9 DPO

Those look like faint positives to me! My sister was pregnant and getting positive home pregnancy test but negative blood tests. She would get so disappointed but then still feel pregnant and not getting her period. Finally a doctor did an ultrasound and sure enough! My little nephew was in there! Don't get your hopes up. Wait a little bit longer and try again
