Ttc advice plz??

Were in the dreaded 2WW🤞😥
Any advice that could maybe help?? 
Got my positive OV test thursday & friday bd on both days, got negitive OV test this morn & bf is away working so couldnt todayy anyway!
After both bd had my legs in the hair for over a hour (my feet went numb😂)
Also what vitamins should i be taking while ttc??

Lol I don't think you need to hold your legs in the air that long!! 😂. Take folic acid and vitamin D while trying. Maybe try not to focus too much on ovulation tests etc/planned sex as it takes the fun out of it and can be stressful which in turn won't help you conceive. I'm not an expert mind, just my opinion. I caught after using pregnacare conception for 3 months but in that time with my partner going away on business we probably only ‘did the deed’ 6 times in 2.5 months and I’m now 9 weeks+2d pregnant!! Everyone was telling me it was going to take ages because I was previously on the implant but I think we were so chilled out about it that it happened quickly naturally! Heard lots of good things about pregnacare conception though including 3 of my friends falling pregnant within 3 months! Happy trying 😉 xx

Good luck to you, the two week wait is such and anxious time I swear life moves slower. So hard to not think about it all the time. Try your absolute hardest to wait to test. I tortured myself with early tests and the "is it? Is it?" sort of took away the suspense and joy of seeing a proper no doubt positive! As others have said folic acid and vitamin D are the main supplements. Some take other vitamins but they're the only two I take. Also try and eat as healthy as you can right now - I have suffered with hyperemesis from week 6 and can't eat any nutrients at all. Luckily I ate really well before hand so my doctor said all the nutrients have been stored up so it's not too much of a worry. Good luck keep us updated xx

I used vitabiotics conception, for him & her, and preseed. We caught with 8 weeks of trying (after 10+yrs on the pill). Xx good luck and distract yourself from overthinking it all 🍀👍🤞
