Fluconazole. It's a RX, one pill, safe with pregnancy after the first trimester,  just call your OB. For OTC I'd say Monistat 1 ovule. Unfortunately I get them a lot. That's what works for me.

I used the one day unaware I was pregnant. Still pregnant. But if you know better don't chance it.

7day monistat or a 1day diflucan pill

I believe it is safe to take the Monistat 7 day or even the 3 day. Just not the 1 day because that is to strong. Hope this helps and you get relief.
