Relax so you're not so tense, lube or anal specific lube (lasts longer) and communicate!!! Tell each other what feels good and what doesn't. It's okay to stop. Work your way up and use a finger first or toy. You can stimulate other parts of your body to help with any discomfort. Try different positions too! Some women like being on top as it gives them more control. If you can or need to, go to the bathroom before.

Lol the first time I tried it with my ex, he was a lot smaller so it wasn’t too bad. My husband and I tried it and I almost punched him in the face and he barely got the tip in. I’d also recommend getting really turned on first and doing some research on the physiology of it. Anal sex can be dangerous due to fecal matter and the possibility of tearing, so do your research, get turned on, start slow and small, and stop if it hurts.
