Weird dream pregnancy

I'm on bc. Not trying to get pregnant for another 6 or more months.

Last night I dreamed that I'd been getting really sick. In real life, I've started having slight nausea and dizziness. In dream I took a pregnancy test just to check and it was positive so I took another and that was positive too.

Now I'm starting to worry that might be a sign from my body saying my birth has or is going to fail just like in my dream.

Last period was two weeks ago and lighter than normal.

Should I be worried? Should I test?
