Is anyone having problems at home with their husband's cat during pregnancy?

He's had this cat before me but she acts an asshole when I'm pregnant. This is my second pregnancy in 3 years and she's annoying THEE ABSOLUTE HELL OUT OF ME! She's throwing herself in front of you for attention and food (she's really fat), she throws up everywhere you're going to walk, WTF did you do to keep calm?  My hubby said I was nagging him too much about it and he's frustrated with her too.  I'm over that damn cat.  Just waiting until my tots get older to install all hardwoods, she gets on my nerves on what she has done to my carpet and furniture..  Any similiar stories?  It's not like I can talk about this with my husband now since I "nag" him..How did you cope?

I have two cats that I seriously loved like my children. Don't get me wrong I still love them but they have changed since I've been pregnant. They are so ANNOYING and destructive. One cat keeps eating inedible things even though his food bowl is full. Then he throws it all up EVERYWHERE. He even threw up on my brand new couch. They aren't peeing outside the box thank god but they keep tracking litter and poop everywhere even though the box is clean. I bought a pull out sofa for the babies room and within a few days they clawed the shit out of it. Now they aren't allowed in the babies room anymore. They never used to be like this. Maybe my hormones make me less patient?

Omg YES!!!! Our cat has completely changed since I’ve been pregnant.
She used to be sweet but independent. You may or may not have seen her in a day. Every now and then she would jump on your lap for pats.
Now she is literally my shadow. She meows and wraps around my legs and begs for food even though she has some in her food bowl. She does things she KNOWS she is not allowed to do (and which she never used to) jumping up on the bench, clawing furniture, going into rooms she’s not allowed in.
She’s also become VERY anti children and has a go at my 4yo frequently as well as having a go at my 8mo niece when she visits even though me niece leaves her well alone!
We don’t know what to do but if she proves to lose any threat to babe when she arrives, she will be gone!

Ok I know this is weird but no one understands it unless it happens to them. My husband had 2 cats before we got married (last year) and I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. They started to pee EVERYWHERE! It got so bad. I husband works first shift, I work second. We didn’t let them in our bedrooms because they peed on our bed so while I get ready, they do their level best to sneak into the room and hide so when I leave with the door closed, they just get stuck in there for the whole day. They chewed so many things, shoes, magazines, plants and they peed over all our shoes. They started throwing up and pooping and smearing it everywhere. Took them to the vet, they are not sick. I have no idea why they are doing this at all!!! We have put them outside in our back yard for last 3 days after they chewed our leather couch and peed all over it. Husband swears that they were not like this before.

You could try getting a slow feeder for the throwing up. My cat did that and I got him one and he barely ever throws up anymore. Maybe a new cat toy for the neediness idk
