Operation

Hi I had to have an emergency operation yesterday due to a abbcess in my breast antibiotics weren’t clearing it and it had gone really bad I’m 7 weeks pregnant just over they have said there’s a risk I could loss it I came out of theatre at 8 last night no bless g etc so I’m hoping that’s a good sign! Anybody had to have an op so early In pregnancy and everything’s been ok?? I’m worrying as this is my rainbow baby after three miscarriages
