Cramps & contractions
Ended up at the hospital because my doctor said I was having a contraction. Everything is fine and no baby yet because that would be way to early. I'm 21 weeks and haven't had any issues till these cramps and contractions. Baby is moving like crazy.
I'm just looking for something to help with relieving pain and pressure of the cramps and contractions. I work 10 hours a day and when I get home I don't feel good.
