A little boobie advice 😭

Okay ladies.. I need advice!!!

I gave birth to my sweet baby boy on August 29th, he’s 5 days old. He went to the NICU after birth for alittle and they bottle fed him so he ended up having trouble latching on. No biggie since I had no problem bottle feeding instead of breast. BUT, my milk came in yesterday and my breasts are absolutely killing me.

I decided to stop my milk so my nurse told me to just wear a tight bra and get cabbage to stop it.

But.. I’ve had a couple people tell me that if I don’t get it out, it will clot and I could get an infection.

So I’m stuck in between what to do and I’m so much pain.
