Juul while breastfeeding

Has anyone smoked a JUUL it’s a vapor cigarette and I’m wondering if it is safe to use while breastfeeding? I was a heavy smoker prior to getting pregnant and haven’t had one since I found out I was pregnant but my daughter is 3 months now and sometimes I feel like I need a little something to take the edge off when I’m really stressed out I’m starting work again on Tuesday and I’m really nervous to be away from her. Please no judgement I want to ask a doctor but they are closed today and tomorrow so wanted to know if anyone here has smoked them?
