Cervical Bleeding

I have an important question. Me and my husband haven’t had sex in a little over the month because I’ve been really sick and he’s been gone. We had sex at about 2 or 3am on September 1st. I woke up the next morning hurting pretty bad. Like a continuous cramp that would never let up. I went to the bathroom and saw that I was bleeding a little bit. I’m still cramping pretty bad, continuously. I check more throughout the day, still bleeding, but bleeding more. I take pain medicine and go to bed for the night. I wake up the next morning, a lot of blood. I even got it on my sheets and he washed them for me. No pain though. No pain at all. My periods usually hurt extremely bad, to the point where my gynecologist gave me 800mg Naproxen and muscle relaxers to take 3xs/day when it comes on. It’s really really painful. My period is suppose to come on in 2 weeks. Usually when my period comes on, I get old blood first in the beginning and later on, bright red blood. After sex, I have not got any old blood. It was just red, now it’s bright red. No pain. Not pregnant. Would you bleed this much with cervical bleeding? Have any of you ladies experienced this? Should I see a doctor about this? The sex was very rough also. My husband feels really bad, he won’t even touch me lol. Please give me some advice! Thank you ladies!
