Am I being paranoid?

I'm only 5 weeks along, and I'm already about to lose my mind with everything that could go wrong. Mostly, I'm worried sick about toxoplasmosis. There's a stray cat that roams around our house daily, and it's recently starting pooping everywhere in our front garden. I used gloves to pick it all up and throw it out, but I'm worried it's seeped into the soil or gone over all the rocks. My toddler plays in the front garden exactly where the cat poos, and I'm worried he'll step in some that I've missed or somehow get his toys in it and then I unknowingly handle his toys and get it and miscarriage. How do I stop this cat from pooping in our garden?? I've found fresh poo and really old poo, I'm sure there's more out there. I'm disgusted now and worried about my pregnancy. Should I section off that whole area and not let my toddler near it?
