Missed miscarriage possible?

I’m 10 weeks and over the course of this week I’ve stopped feeling pregnant had multiple large globs of mucus plug with no blood and cramps in my lower abdomen and back? It it possible to have a missed miscarriage at 9-10 weeks?

Yes it is possible to have a miscarriage then. I would go to either your doctor or the ER to get it checked out. If it’s not your mucus plug then that could be an infection. I hope all is still well for you.

It’s normal for your symptoms to come and go. Increased discharge is also very common during pregnancy. If there’s no bleeding or cramping then it wouldn’t be a regular miscarriage. I had a MMC at 10 weeks and didn’t have the symptom of discharge you’re talking about. I’m sure everything is probably fine! You can always call your dr office to ask about the discharge tho

It wouldn't be a missed miscarriage it would be an actual miscarriage. If you're bleeding along with cramping go and get checked.

It’s possible to have a miscarriage at any point. 
Don’t worry too much about  he symptoms disappearing as that might just be a coincidence but if you think you have anything irregular coming out of you then you can go and get this checked out. If you go to the Early Pregnancy Centre or whatever the equivalent is at your local hospital they will be able to help you.
