Week is not increasing in ultrasound 🙄

I had my first ultrasound on 27th of august i was about to 5 weeks pregnant with no sign of fetal pole and yolk sac but after having spotting on friday night i had an ultrasound which was wrong and when i went to my dr on Saturday she wanted me to redo the ultrasound so i did and i was again 5 weeks pregnant but with visible fetal pole and yolk sac and after that on sunday afternoon my spotting turned into fresh red so i ran rowards the hospital the admitted on observation and today monday morning i had another ultrasound to find that pregnancy is still there or not and today it was 5 weeks and 2 days with fetal pole and yolk sac visible but no cardic activity my dr suggested me to rescan after a week so that she could know the baby is growing or not bcuz my LMP date is 16 july aund according to it i should be 7 weeks dr further said it could be a abnormality i am very worried had somebody gone through the same situation please guide me a little i am hell worried please pray for my baby .
