How long before your period does your supply decrease?
For those still BF/ pumping, have their period back, and have a supply drop, when does it usually decrease for you?
Trying to determine if my weekend pumping schedule, period, or fact that my 11 mo wants nothing to do with nursing is dropping my supply to determine how aggressive I have to be and how permanent it is.
