Alaska mom kills two children - opinions?

Read the article if you want, but basically, she killed one child in late 2017, and she previously had another child die a few years earlier in similar circumstances, so police ending up tying the two together and found out she killed both. One was 4 months and the other was just over a year old.

When my fiancé told me about it, my first thought was undiagnosed postpartum depression, but the comments on the article were heartless. Opinions?

******I want to make it clear that I’m not giving her an excuse, I personally think she’s a disgusting human being BUT I think that if PPD wasn’t such a taboo topic in the world then this could have been avoided, she might have been able to seek help without judgment before it got to this point******
