Braxton hicks for me is just a very tight stomach - I’ll either get slightly short of breath or think I’m feeling anxious. Then I’ll realise I’m rubbing my belly trying to ease the tight feeling and know it’s BH
This is my second pregnancy - with my first not one single BH was at all painful. This time round I’ve had I think 3 that have made me go “ooh! Settle down” haha - not “painful” but do have to consciously relax.

I’ve been experiencing tightness on my belly As well. Feels as ifs my skin is about to rip.
