I was out of town for a few weeks due to a family medical emergency. My boyfriend met me out there on Saturday and since he rode out with my family he didn't bring his wallet. When we got home today, his wallet (his debit card, atm card, license, our food stamps card and $20 cash) is missing. Also missing is my bottle of change (about $35 worth) and one of my phone chargers. We could tell someone had been in our room because we ALWAYS shut our bedroom door when we leave the apartment. The only people who have access to our apartment besides us is our landlord (obviously), our roommate and her boyfriend who she's been letting crash here a lot. We just found out a day or two ago that he has multiple counts of petty theft and burglary <=$2,500, plus theft of movable property and other various charges (bail jumping etc.) We aren't sure what to do about this, do we call the police? Do we just discuss it with my roommate and her boyfriend? We don't want to get anyone in trouble, but we do want our stuff back...
