Low Supply with EBF 7 Week Old

I have a 7 week old who had been exclusively bottle fed since about 3 weeks, it was just too painful. We both have been much happier because I then realized I was not producing enough and had to start supplementing formula. I never produced more then 2-3 oz per breast every 2-3 hours per pump, now I am down to 1 oz per breast. Hoping someone has some advice or things to try and help increase my supply! I have tried fenugreek which my doctor recommended but have not noticed it helping much!
