Think my guy is cheating wanna know signs and your thoughts

Well I tried to be nice to my bf despite our almost everyday arguing . Bought him a phone , he acts like he can’t hit me up or text me unless its convenient for him . Long story short he left bc he wanted to enjoy the rest of his birthday. Mind you were only sexually active once a week , he just turned 29 been with him since he was 18.

I texted him to see if he was okay he’s always acting like he’s rushing me off the phone , mind you he took my car . It’s been since 930 his bday was the 2nd. So I called him back to check on him bc I didn’t get a text , I FaceTime him 5x no answer .

Soon as I phone call him he answers and claims he answered the video call but he didn’t . I tell him if he’s gonna play games he needs to leave me alone and be single , he responds with an okay as if he doesn’t care and hangs up in my face .

I just feel if he was real about me he would express how he feels rather than hangin up on me... I told him to just bring my car back and have whoever he’s around or with to bring him back bc it seems the respect is out the window .

Now the phone Is turned off and I havent heard from him in an hour . Just tired of trying to continue to try to work things out when I feel he’s being sneaky behind my back and tryna get revenge .

I just feel my intuition telling me things. 7 weeks left of pregnancy and I don’t want to get violent but my patience is running low bc I’m sick of games
