Im not exactly sure what to think. I feel like buying a test.

So a few days ago I was just shopping through wish and a cute baby girls outfit showed up. Just because I shop for nieces and nephews on there. Well I started looking at the outfit and I got this tickling feeling in my pelvic area and just got this overwhelming feeling that maybe I'm pregnant/going to be this month. Fast forward to this morning. I had a dream that I had gone to the doctor and my mom had went with me it wasnt even to check for pregnancy, but for some reason they did. My mom somehow got the results of everything on the paper instead of me and calls to tell me that I'm pregnant, and I just start crying because I was so happy. Then I was confused because it seemed to early because I wasn't sure that I ovulated yet. Found out that i ovulated earlier than i thought Could this be a sign?
