Is this a good prenatal to take I'm considered high risk this pregnancy and my OB said it does not matter what prenatal to take just dont break my bank..🙄..  but anyways I want to make sure I'm going to get everything I need.

I’m not sure if they’re the BEST or not, but I take them and love them. The important thing is to get folic acid, iron, and omega 3s.

I am high risk and take this kinda too my doctor never told me I needed to change or anything I did need to add a 2nd vitamin due to my blood levels.

I’m high risk and I can only take the gummy version. My doctor said they’re great. They taste pretty good such. A little bit of a weird smell and after taste but you get through it lol. But I’m swearing by one a day gummies

Pretty sure it doesn’t have iron so u may need to supplement

I take those too. My HR dr and OB said as long as it had DHA, it’ll do.
