Progesterone and Nausea
I’m taking the suppositories during my luteal phase, and I’m SO nauseous this time. Been fighting vomit for two days 🤢. (I’m only 7dpo, so too early to be the exciting kind of nausea 😉).
I thought suppositories are supposed to be better than pills for side effects, but now I wonder if I should lower the dose or try a cream to stop feeling so awful. Any experience?!
