Good vibes my way for appointment

I found out I am pregnant on 8/27 and was confirmed by the doctors office on 8/30. According to my last period I am 4W 5D but the nurse said I could possibly be 5W already. I have been having pretty bad cramping for a week but no bleeding, and I have had to take Tylenol at least once a day 😞. They scheduled me for my first appointment with the doctor this Thursday for possible blood work and a vaginal US to make sure bean is okay. My breast tenderness has increased which gives me a sense of feeling that everything is okay. Prayers and good vibes sent this way would be amazing, I hope that everything is normal and my cramping is just my little bean getting comfortable.
