I don’t understand

My bf always says he misses me but doesn’t even hug or kiss me when he sees me. I’m a very affectionate person but I don’t think he’s like that. When I told him after being together for a hour so where’s my hugs because he did say that when he sees me he’s gonna give me all the hugs & kisses I want & when I told him about it he said that when he says he misses me it means my vibe & just chilling .. I don’t understand we’ve been together for 7 months. When I asked him where’s All my hugs he also said we hugged already
