Advice pls - updated

My boyfriend and I had like the best sex ever tonight, it was so unexpected, passionate and we were in his car, everything was soo good but we didn’t have a condom ... So everything seemed to be just fine since he usually knows to pull out on time when we don’t have condoms but this time it was like really last second pulling out and I can’t stop thinking that somehow some sperm, precum or anything ended in me 😭😭😭 He says that he is 100% sure he pulled out on time and that I don’t need to worry... But I don’t now what to do... Last time when I took plan B it really messed up my cycle, so I really wouldn’t like to take it again...

I am 100% aware of all the risks, I am not some 13 year old playing with her life. I was told by my doctor to avoid birth control since I had serious problems with my hormones when I was in high school. That’s why I am also scared of taking plan B. But thank you for your responses.
