Folic acid why?
Friends say to take it, women say take it, people in this forum say take it but no one really knows the why and who decided we should take it? Is there some kind of medical journal or article that has facts and can explain it? I like to know what I'm putting into my body first and why I'm putting it in.
Not just because someone said to.
I've heard spina bifida been thrown around in conversation but when I ask no one can back this up.
