Could my shoulder pain be an ectopic?

I have had some weird shoulder pain come and go since yesterday. I also have had late night body aches. I am 6 weeks and my first scan is on Weds. I get cramps on both sides that come and go, but they aren't painful. Feels more like gas which I do pass. Sorry TMI  My question is if I'm not doubled over in paib and have no bleeding could I be having an ectopic with just shoulder pain?

So it wasn't ectopic, but we didn't see a heartbeat. He told me to wait another week in case I'm off on my ovulation timing. Super nervous

I’ve had the worst shoulder pain with both of my pregnancies, had a m/c with the first at 5 weeks but ultrasound confirmed not ectopic and the pain stopped when I miscarried, I’m 9 weeks 1 day and also had horrible shoulder pain in the beginning and at 7 weeks the pain literally disappeared and hasn’t came back, make sure to get an ultrasound to confirm that it’s in your uterus  I’m sure your fine

My shoulder was killing me about 10 days ago. Not an ectopic though.

Shoulder pain can be a sign of ectopic, but I’m not sure how severe it has to be.

Hm the nerves in your diaphragm are what translates any type of pressure- ie bad bloating, fluid, even blood- as shoulder pain. Luckily your appointment is soon. If you’re not doubled over dying in pain, i would just wait for your appointment. If it gets worse, absolutely call your OB and see if they can see you sooner.
