Iud help

Ever since I got the iud I just feel weird. I’ve had it for a year and I bleed all the time. I never used to get clots? Is this normal? I really wanna get it out, but no more insurance. I feel like it makes my anxiety go through the roof. I ever clot before, and this is the biggest it’s gotten. I had really bad cramping and then I peed, and this cake out with it..
