I REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE

For a months now I have been having pain in my lower left side near my pelvic area. I took a picture with circles to show where it is always hurting. It’s a weird achy, poking feeling/ pain. I don’t know how to explain. I had a transvaginal ultrasound in July for this pain and all came back well. I am so sick of this constant pain what could this be? It constantly feels as though there is like a needle inside me and it’s poking me from the inside out. Weird !!! Everything else is normal for me. has anyone had something similar? I had a miscarriage in February and had a d&c. Have no idea if this is related to this. Doctor said no. I’m just getting sick of this. Please help. Pain goes a little lower than I pictured too.
