High blood pressure! help!!

hi ladies so im 36 weeks 5 days i went to my drs apt today for my 36 week check up and also because i almost went into labor this past sunday night. i had strong consistent contractions every 2-3 mins but i got sent home because i wasnt dialating! well today i go in there and my nurse freaked out when she saw my BP was 160/112 well the dr didnt seem to care at all so before i left the nurse checked it again and it had gone down a bit but still pretty high! i was scared i thought they were going to keep me. well they didnt the dr didnt order any kind of tests or anything! she sent me home and thats it! im reading horror stories sbout high blood pressure and im freaking out! What should i do! she wont see me again til next thursday! i felt like my dr didnt care. i dont want my baby to be at risk
