16 and pregnant

I’m 16 and pregnant and yes I know that is young but I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if I should get an abortion or keep it. If I keep it I am worried about my education and getting a job. My boyfriend already has a full time job and is already financially stable. But I really don’t know what to do. Please help

P.S I already had plans on getting contraception and I did take the morning after pill, while condoms have been irritating and burning me. And I don’t like to go to parties or drink. I am actually mature for my age as told by doctors because I was pre mature. Thank you all ☺️
