Too confused

I got my tubes tied in Dec 2015. I’ve been regular since Might be a day or two late at most ive been 5 days late. I am currently kind of freaking out. I am 12 days late. I’ve taken 3 tests all negative. I currently don’t have insurance & it doesn’t kick in until Nov. idk what to do. A lot of people told me I’m to stressed. & I just recently got over a bad kidney infection. They say that’s throwing me off. But I’m not stressed. I’ve been more stressed before & got my period in time than I am now. Yest the nausea hit me. I’ve been “starving” for about three weeks now. I put the “ there bc that’s how I feel. I eat like a pig. Lol. I’m questioning going to the er & having blood work done but idk if that’ll come up with anything. I’ve talked to several people who have had their tubes tied & got pregnant after. I Kno it happens.

I’m just so confused on how I should feel.

Any suggestions?? All suggestions welcome!
