am I crazy?

my period is 25 days late and last month when I was supposed to get my period i had mood swings, slight cramps and discharge like this

that lasted for about the first 10 days of my missed period . my last period was in July. two days ago I was having this darker brown spotting (very light) after sex with my boyfriend a lot more of that spotting came out and there was a drop of pink discharge. nothing I've experienced was enough to fill a pad. when I was 17 days late I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. we always use the pull out method ...I'm sooo confused
